Bronchoscopy using a gastroscope

Hello
I do not have a bronchoscope in my practice. I do have a Karl Storz flexible gastroscope with 7.9 mm diameter sheath, 140 cm length and a 2.8mm instrument channel. Could I use this in large dogs as a bronchoscope? Suggested size limitation?
I assume that I would need to gas sterilize prior to using as a bronchoscope?
